We Find and qualify a tenant
We are able to keep our fees low as we don’t rely on agents. We ask you to show the property to the prospect (and few minor tasks), and we do the rest.
We offer a choice for photographs – either we arrange for a professional photographer at a cost, or you supply your own. Your choice. Bear in mind that the better the quality of photo’s the better the viewing numbers .

For FINDING a tenant, our fee is R4000.00, (four thousand rand) payable from the 1st rental received.
